1 cup apple juice(organic no sugar added)<br />
6 sprigs fresh mint</p>

<h2>Directions:</h2>
<p>Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and add stevia/truvia to a small bowl. Set aside. Core apples, making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples so that the juices will remain. Remove skin from 1/2-inch around top of apples at the opening. Fill each cavity with the cinnamon/truvia mixture.  Place apples in <a href="http://www.foodterms.com/encyclopedia/casserole/index.html">casserole dish</a> and pour apple juice around them. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. <p>100g chicken<br />
1 T milk<br />
1 grissini<br />
Seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, ground red pepper, garlic powder)<br />

<p>Preheat oven to 350.Slice chicken breast into 3 tenders. In small bowl, mix milk and any seasonings you prefer. Grind grissini in food processor until it is a powder. (I use my coffee grinder.)Put grissini powder in a separate small bowl. Toss chicken in the milk mixture to coat well. Then one at a time, place chicken in grissini powder and coat both sides of chicken. Place chicken in glass baking dish and bake 30-40 mins, turning over halfway through. In last 5 mins, turn on broiler and broil 2-3 mins each side. Serve immediately.</p>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients (you can also mix in cinnamon in the batter if you like). Beat with mixer on low till smooth. Mix in blueberries at this point if you want them. Pour into 12 greased muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 18 min, then turn off the oven and open the door, and let sit for 1 hour . Sprinkle with cinnamon and let cool.</p>

<p>3.5 ounces extra lean beef or preferred chopped meat<br />
3 dashes McCormick’s Italian Herbs<br />
1/2 red onion (finely chopped)<br />
salt/pepper<br />
Sugar-Free Ketchup (OPTIONAL)</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>Round raw meat in your hands and place in bowl/on plate. Dash Italian Herbs on to meat to your desire. Then, add fine cut onions. Add sugar-free ketchup. Mush &amp; Squish around using a fork or your hands , shape to a burger. Grill to your desire. Since you cannot have bread please enjoy the burger between two lettuce leaves. Enjoy !!</p>

<p>Combine spices and broth in a medium saucepan. Heat on Medium/Highheat and let simmer. Cut one of the two pieces of chicken into cubes andplace in the mixture. Take the remaining piece of chicken and put it into ablender/food processor/magic bullet and shred the meat nearly into a paste,this will combine with the sauce to make it creamier. Now combine thechicken paste with the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil it, reducingthe liquid, until you have the thickness you like</p>
